About the Project
Credit App Center is a platform for managing credit applications and client data in one place. The focus of the project was to improve usability for both customers applying for credit and internal staff processing applications. My role included UX research, prototyping, and designing the key flows of the platform.
The Goal
Build an end-to-end system that makes applying for credit simple for customers and gives staff an efficient tool to process applications quickly and accurately.

    studied current workflows, identified pain points for both customers and staff

    mapped how credit applications move through the system and where bottlenecks appear
  • Prototyping
    created wireframes and interactive prototypes to test streamlined flows
  • Testing & Refinement
    built a clean, consistent interface balancing clarity for applicants and efficiency for staff
Result
  • Designed one platform covering the full credit application lifecycle, from submission to processing.
  • Gave staff a single dashboard that surfaces application status and next actions, reducing manual back-and-forth.
  • Guided applicants through a step-by-step flow that shows where they are and what comes next.
  • Delivered a consistent design system that gives the product a scalable base for future features.
